Group Sessions
The Mother's Circle
Join our weekly discussion group and meet other women new to motherhood. Moms attending
will have the opportunity to share the triumphs of early motherhood in a warm and inviting
environment. Our focus is on the awesome change that women experience when they become
mothers. The New Mother's Circle is open to any mom looking for information, support
and friendship and is FREE to all. Bring your baby and yourself and learn how others
are growing into this new role. Some of the topics explored include:
- Understand your emotions and mood: new mom fatigue vs. postpartum mood disorders
- Rediscover your partner as you share the joys and challenges of parenting together
- Explore your changing relationship with your own mother
- Reflect on who you are as a woman and where you hope to go as a mom
Mom's Connection
The need for moms to talk with each other about the challenges of parenting doesn't
disappear after the newborn months! Group discussion focuses on a wide range of issues,
including: responsive parenting, juggling work and home, managing moods, dealing with

group meets twice a month and all moms are welcome, with or without their children.
